HOW TO APPLY EYESHADOW FOR HOODED EYES?

Applying eyeshadow on hooded eyes can enhance your look and make your eyes appear more prominent. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

### Step 1: Prep Your Lids

- **Prime**: Use an eyeshadow primer to help your makeup last longer and prevent creasing.

- **Conceal**: Apply a bit of concealer to even out your skin tone.

### Step 2: Choose Your Colors

- **Transition Shade**: A matte shade slightly darker than your skin tone.

- **Main Color**: A medium shade for the lid.

- **Highlight**: A light, shimmery shade for the inner corner and brow bone.

### Step 3: Apply the Transition Shade

- **Placement**: Use a fluffy blending brush to apply the transition shade in the crease. Focus on the area slightly above where your natural crease would be to create the illusion of depth.

### Step 4: Define the Lid

- **Main Color**: With a flat brush, apply your main lid color. For hooded eyes, extend the color slightly above the natural crease to ensure it’s visible when your eyes are open.

### Step 5: Add Depth

- **Outer Corner**: Use a darker shade to define the outer corner. Apply this with a small, precise brush, blending it slightly into the crease and along the lash line.

### Step 6: Highlight

- **Inner Corner**: Apply the highlight shade to the inner corners of your eyes and under the brow bone to lift and brighten.

### Step 7: Bottom Lash Line

- **Connect**: Use a small brush to apply the transition or main color along the lower lash line, connecting it to the outer corner.

### Step 8: Finishing Touches

- **Eyeliner**: Consider a thin line of eyeliner along the upper lash line to define your eyes further.

- **Mascara**: Finish with mascara on both the upper and lower lashes.

### Tips:

- **Use Matte Shades**: They tend to work better for hooded eyes as they create a more natural look.

- **Blend Well**: Blending is key to avoid harsh lines.

- **Experiment**: Try different shapes and colors to find what works best for you.
